A group of old friends will start a new journey. While the mammoth Manny is basking in the joy of being a father soon, the saber-toothed tiger Diego is dejected by his own aging, and Sid the sloth discovers three dinosaurs Dan, unexpectedly “maternal love” is rampant, wanting to be the mother of these three little tyrannosaurus rex, but was kidnapped by the real mother of the little dinosaur, tyrannosaurus rex.

The film follows Manny, Sid, Diego, and Ellie, who discover an underground world of dinosaurs while attempting to rescue Sid, who has been abducted by a female Tyrannosaurus rex. Along the way, they encounter a weasel named Buck, who helps them in their mission.
“Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs” received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising its humor and animation but others criticizing it for lacking the heart and character development of the first two movies. Nevertheless, it was a commercial success, grossing over $886 million worldwide and becoming the highest-grossing animated film of 2009. The movie also spawned several sequels and spin-offs, including “Ice Age: Continental Drift” and “Ice Age: Collision Course.”
