Movie Synopsis
Eddy (Tom Hardy) it is a news reporter that enjoys audience love deeply, with cummer Annie (Michelle Williams) be in love for many years, the feeling between each other is very close friends. Annie is a lawyer who took over the case of the Life Foundation. In her girlfriend’s mailbox, Eddie discovered the secret of the foundation boss Drake (Riz Ahmed Riz Ahmed). For this reason, Eddie not only lost his job, but his girlfriend also left him.
Afterwards, Dr. Dora (Jenny Slate) of the Life Foundation found Eddie, hoping that Eddie could help her stop Drake’s crazy crimes. In the laboratory of the Life Foundation, Eddie found evidence of Drake’s human experimentation, and was possessed by the venom of an alien life form in a mistake. Back home, Eddie and Venom form a symbiotic relationship as they deal with waves of killers sent by Drake.

In “Venom,” a 2018 superhero film directed by Ruben Fleischer, journalist Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) becomes infected with an alien symbiote named Venom. As Eddie struggles to adjust to the parasite living inside him, he and Venom team up to stop a villainous businessman, Carlton Drake (Riz Ahmed), from unleashing an army of symbiotes on the world.

The film received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success, grossing over $850 million worldwide. The character of Venom has become popular in the Marvel Universe and has since been featured in his own standalone film as well as in sequels and crossovers with other Marvel characters.

Tom Hardy’s performance as Eddie Brock/Venom was praised, as was the dynamic between Eddie and Venom. The action scenes were also well-received, with the symbiote’s abilities making for some visually striking moments. However, some critics felt that the film was tonally inconsistent and struggled to balance the humor and horror elements.

Despite mixed reviews, “Venom” proved to be a hit with audiences and has led to a burgeoning franchise featuring the titular character. A sequel, “Venom: Let There Be Carnage,” is scheduled to be released in 2021.
