Movie Synopsis
Michael (played by Al Pacino) is the leader of the Corleone family of the American Mafia. Michael’s father, Vito Andolini (Robert De Niro), was born in Corleone, Italy. In 1901, Vito’s father Antonio, brother Paul, and mother (Maria Catta) all died at the hands of the Mafia Sicjo family. 9-year-old Vito had to flee across the ocean to America to make a living. When entering the country, customs officials (played by Richard Watson) registered his name as Vito Corleone. In 1958, Michael held a first communion party for his son Anthony (James Gunnerys), but he did not want to be assassinated that night. Michael escaped by chance, but the two killers were silenced. How does Vito survive in a foreign country? Can the blood feud he bears be avenged? Who wanted Michael’s life? Who is it that kills the killer?
