Movie Synopsis
Amanda (Viola Davis), as the leader of a government secret agency, is determined to activate a group of prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment in the face of the endless violent terrorist attacks in society. The supervillains, they are Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Vengeance Demon (Jai Courtney), Jay Hernandez) and Killer Crocodile (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje).
What they have to face is the powerful witch (Cara Delevingne), who together with her brother made a very dangerous weapon in an attempt to control all mankind. In addition, Amanda must also beware of the dangerous clown (Jared Leto) who will do anything to save his girlfriend, Harley Quinn.

“Suicide Squad” received mixed reviews from critics, who praised the performances of the cast but criticized the film’s disjointed plot and editing. Despite this, the film was a commercial success, grossing over $746 million worldwide. It also won an Academy Award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling.

A sequel, “The Suicide Squad,” was released in 2021 and directed by James Gunn.
