Movie Synopsis
Iron Man Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr., Robert Downey) refused to hand over the latest technology at the Congressional hearing. At the same time, he discovered that the micro arc reactor on his chest was rapidly poisoning the blood with palladium metal. The frustrated Tony handed Stark’s president to Secretary Pozi (Gwyneth Paltrow), who was solely responsible for the ongoing Stark Expo in New York. Poz transferred an assistant from the legal department Natalie (Scarlett Johansson) to care for Tony. Tony’s high-profile appearance in front of the media caused dissatisfaction with his father’s colleague, Ivan (Mickey Rourke). In order to take revenge, he inherited his father’s business and developed a set of equipment comparable to the steel suit. Ivan’s technology caught the attention of Tony’s rival, Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell), an arms dealer. He managed to hijack Ivan from prison and secretly research to replace Iron Man. Just when Tony was suffering from the frustration caused by palladium metal poisoning, he discovered that Natalie was originally responsible for a secret mission, and his waywardness also led to a confrontation with his friend, Air Force Colonel Ronnie (Don Cheadle).
