Movie Synopsis
There are three female thugs under Mr. Charlie. They are both talented and good-looking, and they are good at kung fu. They are specially ordered by Mr. Charlie to bring justice to others. They are: Natalie (Cameron Diaz), Dai Lan (Julie Barrymore) and Alex (Lucy Liu).
They recently accepted a task: Mr. Eric Knox (played by Sam Rockwell) designed a high-tech voice recognition system. Unfortunately, Eric was kidnapped, and the three “angels” need to rescue Eric from criminals. Because this high-tech system designed by Eric, once used by criminals, the consequences will be dire.
After the three “angels” learned of the situation, they quickly thought of Eric’s opponent, and the person in charge, Rogge, became the biggest suspect. The three of them investigated Rogge’s whereabouts day and night, and they also grasped important clues. Just when they were sure to save Eric, a phone call broke all the plans of the three of them.

“Charlie’s Angels” is a 2000 American action-comedy film directed by McG and starring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu as three highly skilled female detectives who work for a mysterious man named Charlie (voiced by John Forsythe).

In the film, the Angels are tasked with investigating a billionaire’s disappearance, which leads them to uncover a larger conspiracy involving a dangerous new technology. Along the way, they must also deal with their own personal struggles and relationships, including their relationships with their boss Bosley (played by Bill Murray).

The film was praised for its high-energy action sequences, as well as the chemistry between the three lead actresses. It was also noted for its feminist themes and its portrayal of strong, capable female characters in traditionally male-dominated roles. “Charlie’s Angels” was a commercial success, grossing over $264 million worldwide, and spawned a sequel, “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle,” in 2003. It has since become a cult classic and a beloved example of the action-comedy genre.
